'To Buy or not to Buy:
Shanghai Urban Headache’

The Commercial Real Estate Situation in and around Shanghai

Not surprisingly, the current real estate situation in Shanghai is attracting a lot of attention lately. With this in mind, we have invited two of the most well experienced real estate experts to help you clear things up a notch.

This event provides you with the opportunity to learn all about the latest developments in  real estate and construction projects in China. Talks focus on the challenge of facilitating growth and at the same time controlling cost. A practical overview of the current purchase and rental market for Western enterprises in China will show what is economically most advisable and what are the risks attached to it. In addition, we focus on the legal framework with a view to the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real estate in China.

Even if you don't feel the headache, you shouldn't miss this event!
