BenCham invites you to join a SME Platform event:

‘Taking Your Brands to China?’

China will be the world’s second largest consumer market by 2015. Know how to be noticed

Are you looking upon the Chinese market as a blank canvas where your portfolio or brand can expand and grow? As an emerging market, China offers great opportunities. In fact, the Chinese have taken to consumerism in a way that could make your head spin.

Questions surface: how is/are your brand(s) going to be noticed? How will you communicate your brand in a way that it will appeal to the Chinese consumer while maintaining its identity?

In a session organized by the BenCham SME committee (free for members) Lennard Hulsbos (MATTMO) and Wilbert Kragten (BSUR) will enthusiastically tell you about how they supported brands such as MINI (BSUR) / DSM (MATTMO) / L'Oreal (MATTMO) and others to the next level in China as well as give you pointers for your own brand strategy in this country of opportunity.

Lennard Hulsbos has worked with a variety of organizations both in in- and external positions. He stems from a Dutch / Australian background and was raised bi-lingually. His career started as a sales & brand manager with Lacoste Optical in 2003. After living in Australia and Denmark started his own company in 2008, working for organizations such as TEDxAmsterdam, Tesla Motors, Vandejong Communicatie, Designit and RealDania joining Mattmo early 2011.

Wilbert Kragten has worked for 15+ years in the field of International Marketing, Branding & Advertising. Currently, he is MD of BSUR Concepting, the brand consultancy unit in Shanghai and part of the BSUR Group: BSUR is an independent international advertising agency, which creates and re-engineers brands and brand communication platforms for well over 100 clients based upon the Concepting approach.
