PRC Social Security Law for Expatriates

On October 15 2011 the implementation of the PRC Social Security Law for foreigners will take effect and bring about new changes for both employers and employees. Which scope of the foreigners employed in China is covered by these Provisional Measures? Which are the obligations of the employees and their employers to contribute to social insurance?

During this breakfast event, we will summarize the key implications for foreigners participating in the PRC Social Security Scheme. You can find the answer to which is undoubtedly your most burning question regarding the matter:  will it affect me? Or in other words: does this Social Security Law constitute a challenge? If yes, in what kind? How do I make sure that all formalities are taken care of?
