Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors cordially invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We are privileged to have with us our guest of honour & speaker Mr. Ferring, Consul General of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Attendance to the Cocktail Reception, the Annual General Meeting and the Dinner Buffet will be free of charge for members.

To hold a legally binding AGM we need at least 15% of the members with voting rights present or represented by proxies. If you are not able to attend, we would highly appreciate that you make use of your proxy voting rights.
