The Right Way to Manage (TQM)
Eliminating Waste in your Organization

Introduction
The Right Way To Manage provides insight into opportunities for improvements within an organization and the pathways to identify those opportunities. Since the total waste for most organizations averages roughly 40% of revenue, huge opportunities remain for improvement. This seminar offers participants the tools to start improving organizational efficiency and a glimpse of what an organization could look like after TQM has been implemented.

Our speaker Mr. Guy Vandenberge will focus on our key elements to drive these improvements: human relations, variation, the customer-supplier relationship and change & improvement of work and work processes. He will finally share with us his experiences and the lessons he learned from the workplace on how world-leading organizations have applied the TQM concepts with great benefit.

After this session, you will have:
1. A clear understating on how The Right Way To Manage functions
2. An overview of the 8-steps methodology and its different steps of implementation
3. An understanding of the benefits of the methodology using concrete examples and experiences
4. Documentation of the information session (in English and summary in Chinese)
5. Your personal Leadership Assessment Profile
