"turn consumers into customers"

Tuesday, December 7th
19.00 - 21.00

Westin Bund Center, Crown Lounge (5/F)

Introduction

It might come as a surprise that BenCham invites the large, old and well respected TNT Post division TNT Mail China and the small, starting up Holaba together on stage. During the Dec 7th - evening seminar however it will become clear why it's only natural that we brought them together.

TNT Post started decennia ago - in the Netherlands - by delivering mail to identified persons living in the same house. And soon started a DM-business because when you have a name and an address you cannot only be reached by friends, family and neighbors but also by far away brands who want you to become their client. "Turn consumers into customers." With the DM-business model TNT Post started TNT Mail China Direct Marketing Services in 2006.

Holaba started in China last year only and tries to find - online - which brands you recommend (if you are a recommender of course) and also which brands are the most/least recommended within a given category.

Brands need both types of companies to achieve a better ROI on their marketing efforts. The costly mass media advertising is not dead yet, but its powers is fading away and replaced by more segmented targeted and even personalized media.

TNT Mail China and Holaba will explain you how they fit in this overall picture. And also what, how and why exactly do what they do.

P.S. During the evening Holaba will give a live demo of some of the data they gather. Attendees to the conference will get a username and password which will give them FREE access for 1 week to further dig into details.
