Lecture on Practices of Social Insurance System Coverage of Foreigners Working within the Territory of China
In order to implement and give publicity to Social Insurance Law and Interim Measures for Social Insurance System Coverage of Foreigners Working within the Territory of China, Social Security Capacity Building Center of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will hold a lecture on practices of social insurance system coverage of foreigners working within China. Details are as followed.
1. Participants.
Relevant staff responsible for human resources management in Foreign Institutions, Organizations, Chambers of Commerce and Foreign (Joint) Enterprises.
2. Content of Lecture
Content includes Interpretation of Social Insurance Law, Relevant Provisions of employed foreigners in china to participate social insurances, Relevant Conventions and International Practices, Endorsement of Bilateral Social Insurance Agreement, Process of foreigners participating social insurance system, Rules on Compiling Social Security Numbers for Foreigners, etc.
The lecture will invite the responsible persons from relevant departments of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Social Insurance Administration Center and Social Insurance Agencies of Beijing Municipality to deliver the courses.
