The Benelux Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a Young Professional Event on December 14 2011:

Effective Management and Communication Training using DISC

This workshop, which is based on world-renowned DISC theory, is a short version of one of Thomas International’s most popular, versatile and practical training programs. Participants will learn to understand their own behaviour and communication style, gain awareness of other personalities/behaviours and how to adapt communication to utilise their own full potential, as well as that of their colleagues and staff.

Participants will be able to develop their management skills and acquire the tools to understand, motivate, influence and lead others in order to achieve the best results from their team. What is unique about this training is that participants will be able to immediately apply the knowledge from this course in their daily work. Anyone, at any level, in any field of business will benefit from this training.
