The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to a business event on November 10:
How to get a Schengen Visa for your business partners?
Application for a business visa in the Benelux doesn’t have to be a complicated matter. Yet the procedure is not always that simple for BenCham members inviting their business relations to the Benelux.
BenCham invited Alexandra Lehmann, Attaché at the EU Delegation in Beijing to give a general introduction to the new Schengen visa regulations. Next, the representatives of the three embassies, Hilde Van Inthoudt (Consul Belgian Embassy), Willemien van der Hoeven (Head Visa and Consular Department of the Dutch Embassy) and Nancy Marchal (Attaché of the Embassy of Luxemburg), will address the fast track procedure for the respective country they represent. The event will be wrapped up by a Q&A session.
Please note that this event only covers the application for a business visa, not tourist visa.
