In this SME event we will discuss issues that businesses will face as they seek to expand in China. The presentation will be divided into two sections. The first will explain the definition of a second tier city in China as well as the advantages and disadvantages of setting up a business in those cities. The second section will address how to structure your company when expanding. From choosing the right corporate vehicle to addressing legal and tax considerations, the presentation will address topics that any business should consider in its China expansion plan.
