Intra Departmental Projects such as New Product Development and tightening the ‘Bottom Line’ require all functional managers to understand the disciplines and tools of Project Management. Project Management principles help establish a common ‘language’ where all stakeholders can communicate effectively and clearly understand their roles. Participants are encouraged in class to work on projects that they are currently involved in.
