The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Beijing are pleased to invite you to a 1-day workshop on March 31:
Change Management for Managers
Be prepared to initiate, implement and handle change in the workplace
The pace of change is ever more rapid in today's world and organizational change is no exception. Yet, 70% of all change initiatives do not produce the expected results or simply fail.
What is the difference between successful and unsuccessful change initiatives? It's typically the resistance to change and not the change itself, which creates an environment for failure. What are the different reactions of people, when confronted with change? How can you help your stakeholders understand the need and embrace the benefits of the change and reduce resistance?
Course objectives:
• Understand change management and the process people go through, when faced with change
• Recognise different levels of change readiness and improve change acceptance
• Develop strategies to accelerate the change process
• Communicate effectively for buy-in
• Increase productivity and performance of themselves and their teams during change
• Learn processes to ensure the change is sustained over a long period of time.
