Introduction

CSR has become an indispensable element of doing business. Communicating your company’s beliefs, activities and achievements with regards to CSR is a business activity that should not be overlooked. The integration of CSR in your companies’ activities and marketing plans has great impact on business outcomes and the way your company is perceived by its stakeholders. Despite the growing importance of CSR communication, organizations still have to learn how to communicate their CSR and how to use it as a business tool to strengthen brands.

To help your company communicating its CSR and to help you using it as a brand value creator, BenCham has found two specialists in these fields: Mr. Gabor Holch will show you how to focus and set a clear objective for CSR communication that supports your overall business strategy. Mr. Bart Berende will talk about the three levels in CSR communication with the different values and characteristics to enhance the strength of your brand.
